The Future of Energy Engineering

"The Future of Energy Engineering" was the name of a workshop held on April 6th, 2019 at the 6 October university in 6 October city, Giza, Egypt.
The workshop was held in association with the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University and technically co-sponsored by the Middle East Power System Conference (MEPCON) and IEEE Egypt.

Dr Al-Moataz Youssef (Vice Dean of Education and Student Affairs), Professor of Electrical Engineering at Faculty of Engineering in Future University in Egypt was a speaker in this workshop who discussed the Energy Utilities Preparation for the Renewable Energy Resources Integration.

Also, Future Grids and Development of Power Engineering Programs, The Smart Grid Technology, and Concentrating Solar-thermal Power (CSP) & Thermal Energy Storage and how will the Power Engineer look like in the future were discussed and explained by many professors from various universities and from Ministry of Electricity.
