FUE First Online Cross Fit Competition 2020

Department of Student Life, FUEnergy Gym is gladly announcing the beginning of the first CROSS FIT Online competition for males and females starting from 4/10/2020 till 15/10/2020 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM (Sunday - Tuesday - Thursday)

Prizes will be:
- 1st Place: 1000 EGP
- 2nd Place: 700 EGP
- 3rd Place: 500 EGP

The competition will go around 3 main workouts;
1- Push-Up (1 Minute)
2- ABS (1 Minute)
3- Jump Rope (1 Minute)

Who do the highest count with the correct style, win.

The last date to register is Thursday 1/10/2020

All contestants should shoot himself a video while doing the workout and send it over WhatsApp (01023702777)
