The bone regeneration techniques have now reached a very high level of predictability, without worry too much about the amount of residual bone. During the training will be described a new simplified technique of sinus lift by crestal approach which reduce almost all of the intra operative and postoperative complications, with possibility to increase without limit especially in the case of multiple contiguous sites. The implant insertion is performed at the same time of the sinus elevation and blocked by a titanium membrane that avoids the risk of implant penetration into the same cavity.
