Course Objectives 

Part I (Sinus Lift Technique With Lateral Approach) 

• Be familiar with a new simplified technique of sinus lift by crestal approach. 
• How to reduce almost all of the intra-operative and post-operative complications especially in case of multiple contiguous sites. 
• Be familiar with implant insertion is performed incase of sinus elevation and its blockage by a titanium membrane. 

Part II (Surgical Placement of 3 B&B implants 

• Have a comprehensive knowledge of implant dentistry including surgical and prosthetic components. 
• Understand & be familiar with tissue management as it relates to dental implant surgical procedures ,surgical & prosthetic diagnosis and treatment . 
• Be familiar with the B&B dental implant system, fundamental principles of interpretation & systematic review of CBCT & its advantages in implant dentistry.
