Abstract : This study was a contribution to fill the gap in per capita consumption of protein, Egyptian and, therefore, focused on assessing the economic efficiency of egg production, study has shown that the most important factors affecting the egg production is the amount of the eastern province of feed used during the production cycle, as well as efficiency indicators were discussed Economic egg production during the different productive capacities to choose the most appropriate.
