English Language Requirements for University Applicants

The ELC offers two programmes to FUE undergraduates:

• Academic English Language Programme (AELP).
• General English Language Programme (GELP).

We have adopted the CEFR as our framework of reference for language learning and assessment. Students join the AELP and the GELP courses based on their Placement test results.
