Workshop on Social Justice in Economics

In collaboration with Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, the Center for Human and Political Studies, Faculty of Economics and Political Science held its inaugurating workshop on Social Justice in Economics. The painees were mass media professionals, civil society activists, graduate and undergraduate students at Cairo University and Future University in Egypt (FUE). Professors from Cairo University, the American University in Cairo, FUE, national Institute of Planning and Al-Ahram Center for Spategic and Political Studies interacted with the painees for two days. The workshop dealt with issues of expeme importance to Egypt and to the Arab World for the next ten years; such as Social Market Economy, Social Justice, Corporate Social Responsibility and Options toward Social Economic Justice.
Upon the completion of the workshop, painees received their certificates.
