With the support of the University administration and with the care and help of the Faculty members, staff, TAs and students, who all gave a hand with love and passion, the job was successfully completed. Professor Hosny also pointed out the distinction of the AE department at FUE, as he stated that FUE students of architecture were the only students who won twice in a row in the two competitions announced and hosted by Ain Shams University during the years 2013 and 2014.
The gallery exhibits a lot of the students distinctive projects selected from different levels, as well as various physical models, samples of building materials and finishes, with a complete digital database displayed on a big screen of almost all kept record projects from previous years, along with students winning projects in several architectural National and International competitions.
Because of limited space, the Architecture Gallery will change the exhibitions twice a year which provides something new quite frequent for students to learn from. The Wall of Fame will always exhibit previous projects of the AE department Teaching Assistants distinctive projects.
As time passes and new projects are exhibited, and improvements made, the Gallery will always keep getting better.
