All applicants to the Diploma are required to submit the documents listed below:

1. Certified copy of degree certificate
2. Certified copy of university transcript
3. Equivalency Certificate from the Egyptian Supreme Council of Universities for students graduated from a private university in Egypt.
4. Computerized birth certificate
5. Photocopy of the applicant's National ID card / passport
6. Evidence of military status for male applicants (under 30 years old)
7. Three recent passport size photographs
8. IELTS/TOEFL certificate. A minimum score required (TOEFL IBT 45 or TOEFL CBT 450 or IELTS 5.5).
9. An up-to-date curriculum vitae/resume

1. Official Certificate notarized from the Egyptian Foreign Affairs.
2. Certified copy of university transcript notarized from the Egyptian Foreign Affairs.
3. Approval of the embassy to enroll in study (including the Faculty, the academic year, and the academic degree to be enrolled in).
4. Notarized birth certificate from the Egyptian Foreign Affairs.
5. Photocopy of the applicant's passport
6. Three recent passport size photographs
7. IELTS/TOEFL Certificate. A minimum score required (TOEFL IBT 45 or TOEFL CBT 450 or IELTS 5.5).
8. An up-to-date curriculum vitae/resume
