Course Withdrawal
Students requesting a "withdrawal from one or more courses during the withdrawal period specified by the Office of the Vice dean of postgraduate studies and research, must complete the official course withdrawal form and submit it to dean's office for approval.
Any student who officially withdraws from a course will be assigned a grade of ‘W’ for the course and the student’s transcript will show ‘W’ for that course. Credit hours attempted for a course for which a grade of ‘W’ is awarded does not enter into the calculation of the CGPA.
A student who stopped attending will be assigned a grade ‘F’ if he or she did not fill up the withdrawal course form during the withdrawal Period unless the student has a valid reason acceptable to both the advisor and the Dean.
