Prof. Sarma Cakula

Sarma Cakula graduated with excellence from Latvia University Department of Physics and Mathematics in 1984 and holds Ph.D. in 2002. She has two degrees from Latvia University -Computer Science (1984) and Pedagogics (2002). Currently she is a professor at the Faculty of Engineering, Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences. Sarma does research in Computer and Society, Higher Education and Engineering Education. Their current projects are ‘SEMPRE. and TELECI.
