The FUE Sustainability Committee aims to create a sustainable culture, where the entire campus community is aware, engaged, and committed to promoting sustainability through education, research, operations, and partnerships with the community.
The committee also endeavors to integrate sustainability, in collaboration with the sustainability committees in each faculty, into academic and educational programs to prepare students to address global challenges. This is accomplished by integrating sustainability concepts into the academic curriculum, promoting interdisciplinary research, and participating in community service activities that promote sustainability.
